• We do not have a fixed delivery time. You should only choose if you want the morning shift from 8.00am to 12.00pm or late night from 1.00pm to 8.00pm. We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time, it would be during the corresponding time you have chosen. (If you want to indicate relevant information regarding delivery, please notify, to reach an agreement) for example: “you are at work until 7.00pm”, if the schedule is available deliveries will be made
• If it is your choice to remove the Bouquet or decoration in our store, take into consideration that our products are large, volume and delicate, they must have a suitable and unoccupied vehicle to move it. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which your Bouquet or decoration can arrive.
• All our bouquets are made the same day as the surprise, for a longer duration of the balloons.
• The latex balloons with helium last approx. 8 hours, we guarantee its minimum durability of 24 hours maximum 48 hours. Microfoil or metallic balloons will last more than 5 days, depending on weather conditions and treatment.
All bouquets are made ONLY with balloons as we make them an art!

The company Deco Lovers Balloons INC, wishes to bring with good terms the services provided for its surprise decoration or social event.
For the efficient realization of our services we leave below our terms and conditions:
- Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, if you want from one day to another you must confirm availability. Call (813) 856.8884 or go to our store: 905901 W Linebaugh Ave Tampa 33624 ⏱ Schedule from 3 pm to 8 pm Monday to Saturday.

We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time, it would be at the corresponding time you have chosen. (If you want to indicate relevant information regarding delivery, please notify me to reach an agreement) for example you are at work until 7.00pm, if the schedule is available delivery will be made.
- Helium gas is not flammable, it should be taken into account that when helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioner, the gas particles are compressed and balloons automatically deflated, which is a natural process. Avoid placing in front of or under the air conditioner.
- When the balloons are placed directly in the sun, the latex or metallic material boils and explodes.
- Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car because the heat, steam, causes them to deflate or explode.
- The latex balloons with helium last between 24 to 48 hours, the microfoil balloons last from 5 to 10 days with helium gas, depending on the weather conditions or the use given to them.
- For shipments you must indicate the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, and access code to the distribution if you need it, if it is possible to attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.

We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which your Bouquet or decoration can arrive.
- When balloons are spied, deflated or exploded they should be discarded. Keep waste away from children and pets, as they can drown.
- Microfoil balloons can be transmitters of electricity. Please avoid releasing them or bringing them closer to power lines.
- You must indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex, to avoid the material in the decoration.
- If they mobilize the decoration from one place to another it is your responsibility.
- The client must provide all corresponding information for the elaboration of his decoration or Bouquet colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name and motive (birthday, love, baptism, communion, happy day …)
- We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or Bouquet to our social networks or website, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however if we publish our work (only to our decoration, only to our Bouquet)
- In case of postponing delivery, availability will be checked to schedule a new date.
- In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. We are not responsible for any reason for damages or losses that may be suffered.
We only work at TAMPA FLORIDA.
